Triple Card Poker: An Overview

Triple card poker is a card game where the main goal is to beat the dealer’s hand. A newly shuffled deck of 52 cards is used at the start of each hand.

In the beginning, 3 face-up cards are dealt to the player while 3 face down cards are dealt to the dealer. At this point, the player can decide to bet to stay in the game or fold, if the hand is not as strong as you would like. Because only three cards are dealt and there are no wild cards, strength of a hand can often be based on a single card. In addition, in order for the game to proceed, the dealer must have a Queen card or better in order to play. If this does not happen, the player automatically wins.
